Finance Shared Services Manager

Compensation: $76,800 to $96,700 per year

The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Finance Shared Services Manager to join our team. As a Finance Shared Services Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring data integrity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within both the team and the Revenue Integration product. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $76,800 – $96,700 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Monitor team workload, allocate resources effectively, and ensure accurate, timely execution of all revenue integration activities  Oversee automated journal entry posting and RI account reconciliations, ensuring compliance with deadlines, controls, and policies  Lead resolution of data exceptions and interruptions, serve as primary contact for audit requests, and maintain proper documentation  Develop and enforce governance standards to drive automation, standardization, and control across revenue processes  Act as subject-matter expert on revenue data flows, support implementation of automation initiatives, and build team capabilities for future growth  More about you Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field  Minimum of 3 years of experience with point-of-sale systems, revenue accounting, financial or accounting information systems, and reconciliation software  Previous supervisory or management experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel  Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills  Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with technical teams  Shift details
