Finance Sr Associate

📍Remote (CST hours preferred)| 💼6-Month Contract

Join a leading pharmaceutical company and play a key role in managing financial operations within the Rare Disease Business Unit. This position focuses on budget planning, purchase order management, and financial reporting.

ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end purchase order process, including requisitions and invoice tracking.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure approvals and manage open purchase orders.Support quarterly accruals and assist in budget planning and analysis.Monitor spend against targets and communicate variances to leadership.Maintain and improve budgeting tools and processes.Prepare and present monthly expense reports to budget and marketing teams.Serve as the main point of contact for budget-related questions and issues.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of experience in OPEX financial operations.Proficiency in SAP and Excel; familiarity with Hyperion for reporting.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to run and interpret SAP/Hyperion reports and communicate insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
