Role Summary:

This position supports the financial risk management department in the collection, validation, and maintenance of data needed to perform financial analysis as required by corporate policies. Partners with key dealers to drive profitability improvement and/or volume growth initiatives arising from annual Dealer Financial Review Sessions (DFRS).

What You Will Do:

Review and monitor dealer financial & managerial continuity planning.

Lead dealer transition projects in accordance with Dealer Administration Guidebooks & Transition Guidebook (if applicable to your coverage).

Provide financial analysis and contribute to key dealer financial improvement projects supporting industries, aftermarket and representative.

Actively contribute to Service & Rental Growth projects supporting dealer & financial modelling

Own the legal relationship with dealer’s CFOs and management.

Contribute to and lead projects across DSD Strategy & Dealer Finance Team

Provide expertise and act as a One Team subject matter expert supporting Distribution Directors /District Managers, Regional and industries teams.

Advise others on a variety of financial tools, techniques, and approaches.

Onboard new team members, advise, coach and lead on job responsibilities related matters and cross functional projects.

Support and assist Regional Dealer Finance Manager on project, team lead and people development.

What will put you forward:

A completed bachelor’s degree in BCom Accounting or a related Finance qualification.

A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar, consulting, or advisory role.

Proven hands‑on experience in Financial Management and Corporate Finance.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects across the Caterpillar and Dealer. Networks

Top Candidates Will Have:

Confirmed background in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Pricing

Strong presentations skills, ability to guide, coach and develop team members.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are desirable along with the ability to work with a diverse workforce, senior management and dealer executives.

Analytical and skilled in systems/Microsoft tools.

Self-Starter, Strong at delivery / execution and can think strategically, ability to perform under pressure on tight deadlines.

Skill You will have:

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.

Financial Markets: Knowledge of the products, types, competitors, customer base, major issues and regulatory considerations in the financial markets; ability to apply financial market knowledge to various business environments.

Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.

AI Knowledge: Proven experience of leveraging AI or Gen AI Tools to augment Financial Analysis of DFRS data or Audited Financial Statements.

This position is based on site in Kempton Park, 5 days a week.
