Medline is seeking an experience Project Manager to join their Finance Process Improvement team and support mission critical initiatives following the company’s recent IPO. The Finance Project Manager will lead critical cross‑functional initiatives aimed at strengthening governance, standardizing processes, and improving financial operational effectiveness. This role will oversee projects related to standard pricing/costing governance, SAP process changes, and the definition and control of material non‑public information (MNPI). The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and complex project delivery across business and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Standard Pricing & Cost Governance Project
Lead a major initiative to standardize pricing and cost governance across 35 divisions.
Drive alignment as product managers transition from decentralized updates to a unified standard pricing framework.
Partner closely with Accounting and SAP teams to define and implement SAP process and system changes.
Collaborate with business and IT SMEs to gather detailed requirements and support execution.
Communicate upcoming process changes and ensure stakeholder readiness across all divisions.
2. Material Non‑Public Information (MNPI) Governance Project
Lead efforts to define, categorize, and govern MNPI across the Finance organization.
Identify where sensitive information resides today and develop a plan to secure and control it.
Create new workflows, governance frameworks, and change management strategies impacting the full Finance function.
Build and deliver action plans, timelines, and training to drive adoption of new standards.
3. Project & Change Management Leadership
Manage a portfolio of 2–3 concurrent finance transformation projects.
Develop and maintain project workplans, roadmaps, stakeholder analyses, risk logs, and change management plans.
Deliver clear, consistent status updates to Finance leadership and key stakeholders.
Ensure strong cross‑functional collaboration between Accounting, IT, Product, Finance, and other partners.
Own project execution end‑to‑end, ensuring accountability, risk mitigation, and successful delivery

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
5+ years of experience in change management, finance transformation, or process improvement roles; 3 years in Project Management.
Strong knowledge of finance processes, with exposure to costing, pricing, or SAP preferred.
Understanding of standard costing, cost accounting, and manufacturing operations, including experience supporting costing or pricing processes across multiple business units.
Demonstrated success leading change management activities, including strong communication with stakeholders, SMEs and other cross-functional business partners.
