This role is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function, focusing on project management and financial analysis.** **What You’ll Do:** + Execute business and finance transformation initiatives utilizing project management disciplines to ensure successful project delivery aligned with program goals. + Determine and manage the necessary tasks to deliver projects effectively. + Advise program and project managers on complex task development, planning, testing, and implementation of new projects, programs, or systems. + Identify resource and timeline challenges, ensuring accountability and predictability of project outcomes. + Develop solutions to improve processes and address performance issues. + Participate in cross-functional teams to manage and communicate interdependencies. + Support technology implementation, including testing, go-live, and stabilization. + Provide technical guidance and training to stakeholders and end users as needed. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 2+ years of experience in project management with a finance background.A combination of education and experience will be considered. + Fluent in English (both spoken and written). + Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Oracle People Soft) + Practical experience with finance processes (General Ledger accounting, Payroll, BS Reconciliations, Finance Analysis and Reporting, Taxes) + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to address complex problems with appropriate judgment. + Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). + Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset. **Nice To Have:** + Project Management Professional certification. + Experience implementing finance systems and transformations within complex international organizations. **What We Offer:** + A remote role (from Poland). + Employee recognition programs and a commitment to career progression. + The opportunity to work with an interesting international client in a dynamic, fast-growing company. + A benefits package including private medical care, co-participation in a sports card, and facilitation of life insurance.
