Join their Finance Innovation Hub as a Process Mining COE Lead, where you will spearhead the Center of Excellence for process mining. This role involves collaborating with Finance leadership to expand program support, increase user adoption, and quantify value from process mining engagements. We seek a professional with deep expertise in finance processes and Celonis, capable of managing a global team and driving process excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Process Mining program within the Finance Innovation Hub.Collaborate with Finance leaders, Global Process Owners, and Process Owners to identify and deliver process mining projects.Manage current process mining projects and teams, including Celonis partners, contingent workers, and consulting resources.Track and report on value realized from process mining projects.Develop and maintain a future project roadmap aligned with business priorities.Build strong relationships with Engineering Product Managers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Finance Data Analytics teams to streamline data identification and access for process mining.Work closely with the Data Security team to ensure operational use of process mining dashboards balances security and accessibility.Drive user adoption and provide enablement to finance users and stakeholders.Essential Skills
Proven experience and expertise with the Celonis process mining platform.Strong presentation skills and comfort working with senior leaders.Ability to manage a global team.Strong business acumen around finance disciplines such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Order to Cash, and General Ledger.Robust Celonis skillset, including managing data pipelines, building analyses, and enabling users.Experience in process excellence or consulting with a focus on improving efficiencies and processes in finance.Ability to make decisions independently, take initiative, demonstrate resilience, and adapt to changing environments.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in or leading a Process Mining Center of Excellence (COE).Comprehensive knowledge of Process Mining Center of Excellence operations and best practices.Familiarity with data security and compliance considerations related to process mining dashboards and analytics.Experience collaborating with engineering teams such as Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists.Work Environment
This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to lead a cutting-edge process mining Center of Excellence, directly influencing finance transformation at a global scale.

This is a Contract position based out of Bell Gardens, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
