Ensure compliance with global standards and internal controls. Monitor and report on process performance, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality. Support audits and provide accurate documentation as required. Handle renewals, modifications, and escalations related to assigned processes. Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in process operations, shared services, or GBS environment. Strong understanding of Europe region compliance and operational requirements (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
