Job Description:

We’re growing our Finance leadership team and hiring Finance Managers for our Corporate Office Finance, Treasury, Technology, and Enterprise Decision Support (EDS) teams. If you excel at solving complex financial challenges, influencing senior leaders, and turning data into strategy, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Lead end‑to‑end planning, forecasting, and reporting for a large multi‑jurisdictional finance portfolio, delivering clear, executive‑ready insights.Manage portfolio expenses, vendor and personnel costs, FX impacts, and general ledger consolidations while driving strong financial governance.Respond to ad‑hoc business, audit, and regulatory requests with accurate, timely analysis and maintain data integrity across cost structures.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Business Partners, Segment Finance, Enterprise Strategy & Decision Support, Project delivery teams, and other stakeholdersReview business cases, integrate financial impacts into plans, and drive productivity through automation tools like Power BI and Power Query.Foster a collaborative, high‑performing team environment while continuously developing your financial, analytical, and process‑improvement capabilities.

What You Bring

5+ years of relevant Finance experience with strong analytical and strategic capabilitiesDegree in business, accounting, economics, mathematics, or MBACPA/CA/CFA preferredProficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Clarity, and Hyperion an assetStrong Finance technical knowledge and ability to simplify complex issues for senior audiences.Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality outputs in a fast‑paced environment.Experience delivering insights, building models, and supporting enterprise‑wide decision‑making.Demonstrate ability to manage stakeholders, complexity including multiple projects, and meet challenging timelines
