**As a CBRE Finance Manager (EMEA), you will manage the team responsible for producing all output associated with Finance Strategy and Operations, including the annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, management reporting, and other special projects.**
**This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.**
**What You’ll Do:**
• Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts.
• Oversee the annual budgeting process.
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting activities.
• Drive the strategic planning process.
• Produce and analyze monthly management reports.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Oversee the preparation and approval of journal entries.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, explaining financial variances.
• Manage special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses.
**What You’ll Need:**
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant financial experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, JDE, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in Facility Management is highly desirable.
