As a Finance Manager, you will be directly involved in the development and execution of strategic initiatives – spanning from crafting innovative marketing campaigns and optimizing complex supply chains to leading critical internal and external negotiations. Your analytical acumen and financial expertise will serve as the bedrock for critical decision-making, directly influencing the success of our market-leading products.

This position offers a unique opportunity for intense cross-functional collaboration. You will partner not only with finance experts, but also with teams across Sales, Brand Management, Procurement, and other key functions, fostering a holistic understanding of our business operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensuring operations are executed according to international standards and local accounting requirements, continuously working on improvements and digitalization of processes while flexibly responding to external changes.

Analyzing financial statements of partners, competitors, etc.

Preparing data to support business decisions.

Conducting financial analysis of initiatives and projects, developing recommendations for business growth.

Understanding and interpreting financial statements, different types of risks, and how to mitigate them.

Executing other financial processes according to the approved work plan (e.g., monthly financial forecast, plan-fact analysis, etc.)

Job Qualifications

The job requires you to be based in Almaty and be ready to visit the office several days a week.

Completed Bachelor's degree (or higher).

A degree or additional professional qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related commercial field are a distinct advantage.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar finance or analytical role.

Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

Interest in business finance, excellent analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
