Role Overview
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, process automation, and analytical insights across the organization. This role will partner closely with Finance and business stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, improve efficiency through automation, and provide data-driven analysis to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain recurring financial reports, dashboards, and management presentationsAnalyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesSupport forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processesDesign and implement process improvements and automation to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiencyPartner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and reporting needsEnsure data integrity, documentation, and adherence to internal controlsSupport ad-hoc analysis and special projects as neededQualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or FP&AStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAdvanced Excel skills; experience with automation tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, VBA, Python, or similar) preferredExperience working with large datasets and financial systemsStrong communication skills and ability to translate data into insightsPreferred Skills
Experience improving or automating reporting processesFamiliarity with financial planning systems or data visualization toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCurious mindset with a continuous improvement orientationHours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40Work Schedule: M-FThe salary range for this position is $95,000-$100,000 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
