Imagine360 is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our finance team. The Imainge360 Finance Manager will support strategic decision making by providing financial insights, developing models, analyzing claims volume trends, conducting customer level variance analysis, and building automated reporting solutions that deliver clear, actionable insights.\n

Position Location: 100% remote\n

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n

Financial Planning & Analysis\n\nDevelop variance analyses, financial models, performance dashboards, and reporting frameworks that deliver actionable insights.\nAnalyze claims volume, utilization trends, and cost drivers to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational performance.\nBuild predictive models to identify patterns, anomalies, and financial impacts across key business drivers.\nPartner cross\u2011functionally with operations, claims, and IT teams to ensure alignment and visibility into financial and operational metrics.\nSupport forecasting and budgeting activities through data analysis, model refinement, and insight development.\n\n

Data, Reporting & KPIs\n\nDesign automated dashboards and self\u2011service reporting tools using Tableau and Power BI.\nBuild complex datasets using SQL and develop Python automation to streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve forecasting models.\nDevelop standardized reporting packages and KPI metrics to measure financial and operational performance.\n\n

Ad\u2011Hoc Analysis\n\nConduct deep\u2011dive analyses to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and investment opportunities.\nProvide insights into market trends and business performance drivers.\nRespond to urgent analytical requests with clear, actionable findings.\nBuild flexible models and tools to enable rapid scenario analysis as needed.\n\n

Required Experience \/ Education:\n\nBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA\/CFA a plus)\n5+ years of experience in FP&A or related analytical finance roles\nStrong understanding of the healthcare industry\nProficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel (including PowerQuery\/PowerPivot)\nExceptional analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with high attention to detail and data accuracy\n\n

Skills and Abilities:\n\nAbility to ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations.\nDetail oriented with a problem-solving attitude.\nDemonstrated ability to lead successful implementations.\nAbility to find creative solutions to technology challenges.\nStrong ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.\nAbility to work with remote teams including working closely with business professionals as well as technical resources and acting as a bridge between the two groups including liaison with trading partners.\nPossess excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.\nDemonstrates ability to work independently, take initiative and be self-motivated.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to make effective and accurate decisions under pressure and work in fast paced environment.\nDemonstrated ability to treat confidential information with discretion.\nKnowledge of healthcare industry.\n\n
