As a Finance Manager in the Corporate Finance department of CBRE Investment Accounting and Reporting Solutions (“CBRE IA&R”), you will work in an ambitious and growing environment. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing financial operations, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a proactive approach to process and system improvements and a solid understanding of financial processes and best practices across various countries. **Within this role, Finance Manager:** • Lead financial planning including budgeting and forecasting across EMEA and APAC. • Prepare and analyze complex financial reports. • Deliver comprehensive insights and commentary on financial results and performance. • Oversee variances analysis to plan/forecast and undertake actions to improve or maintain these variances. • Support month-end close (ensure that revenue and cost are appropriately recognized).
