Produce month end reporting for client in agreed formats on all financial activities on the portfolio of properties managedManage client budgeting/forecasting processManage and develop Client Accounting teamReview/Attest month end report prior to submission to clientsMonthly review and sign off of bank reconciliationsSales Tax reportingWithholding Tax monitoring and reportingProvide audit support for Annual SOC AuditReview and sign off monthly governance pack with Account leadsAssist Finance Director with any ad-hoc requirementsAttend monthly client meetingsINCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
