What You’ll Do + Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations with a focus on accuracy and compliance. + Ensure seamless 3-way matching between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices. + Support billing accuracy and customer payment tracking. + Collaborate with HR to align payroll data with employee records, benefits, and compensation changes. + Ensure payroll tax compliance and accurate reporting. + Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff. + Design and implement internal controls and process improvements. What You Bring + 5+ years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, with a strong understanding of payroll and general ledger functions. + Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams. + Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel (pivot tables, data analysis). + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). Bonus Points + Experience with payroll systems. + Familiarity with month-end close processes and financial reporting.
