What You’ll Do + Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations with a focus on accuracy and compliance. + Ensure seamless 3-way matching between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices. + Support billing accuracy and customer payment tracking. + Collaborate with HR to align payroll data with employee records, benefits, and compensation changes. + Ensure payroll tax compliance and accurate reporting. + Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff. + Design and implement internal controls and process improvements. What You Bring + 5+ years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, with a strong understanding of payroll and general ledger functions. + Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams. + Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel (pivot tables, data analysis). + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). Bonus Points + Experience with payroll systems. + Familiarity with month-end close processes and financial reporting. Work Environment This is a fully onsite role, offering a collaborative and engaging environment where your contributions are visible and valued. You'll work closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth financial operations and continuous improvement. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
