Job Description
The Finance Manager will oversee the full-cycle financial operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment approvals. This role demands ensuring accurate procedures for 3-way matching between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices, supporting accounts receivable functions such as billing accuracy and customer payment tracking, and managing payroll processing in compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with HR to align payroll data with employee records, benefits, and compensation changes and ensure payroll tax compliance and reporting accuracy.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Develop and implement internal controls and process efficiencies across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, HR, and operations teams to ensure seamless financial operations.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable.Strong management skills with experience in supervising staff.Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel, including pivot tables.Knowledge of payroll, HR, invoicing, month-end processes, receivable management, general ledger, and three-way matching.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.Experience with payroll systems is a plus.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
