Our Finance Leadership Development Program provides you with an opportunity to quickly develop skills and assume a leadership position early in your career. It is designed to prepare you to take a leadership role with an accelerated pace by providing you with increasingly senior and challenging roles. You will start in the North America Snacks & Confectionery business, which is based in East Hanover, New Jersey but with our global locations around the world, there really are no limits as to where your career can go!
The 3-year rotational program aims to move you around the business giving you the chance to work in real roles in different areas over the course of the program. Examples include: Category Finance, Financial Planning and Reporting and Operations Finance. Along the program, you will develop functional skills and experience through a range of on-going training programs. Core skill training may include business partnering, presentation skills and influencing/negotiating. We also provide key functional training in Finance through global programs, forums, and conferences. You will also work with your line manager to create an individually tailored learning and development plan which will build on your strengths and set out your key development themes for the year. You will also have opportunities to interact with key Finance leaders within the organization, as well as gain exposure to other business units within Mondelēz International. As part of the program, you will be assigned a formal mentor who will meet with you on a regular basis and specifically focused on your development. There will also be projects and assessment during each rotational assignment As you rotate within the program, you may be required to relocate to one of our NA locations outside of East Hanover, NJ. Relocation benefits are part of the rotational program.
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026. Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Mondelēz International (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status.

Compensation
The expected compensation annual pay range for Finance Associates is $79,000. Compensation rate is pre-determined and non-negotiable Sign-On Bonus Relocation support for those that qualify.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
