Roles and Responsibilities: + Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models. + Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis. + Prepare cash flow projections and ensure liquidity management. + Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processes. + Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local regulatory requirements. + Coordinate internal and external audits and implement recommendations. + Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and dashboards. + Present financial performance and insights to senior management and stakeholders. + Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. + Implement financial controls to safeguard company assets. + Assess and manage financial risks, including currency, credit, and operational risks. + Develop strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning. + Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and professional development. + Foster collaboration with other departments (procurement, operations, project controls). + Provide financial input for business cases, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives. + Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions as needed. Education, Skills & Experience: Education + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s or CPA/CFA preferred). Experience and Skill set + Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. + Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and ERP systems. + Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. + Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. + Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software (SAP, Oracle, etc.). + Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
