Program Overview
Our 10‑week paid Summer Internship Program runs June 1 – August 7 and is a full‑time, on‑site opportunity in Duluth, MN. Interns are immersed in real work while participating in lunch & learns, ELT discussions, and a final capstone project.

Role Overview
The Finance Intern will support financial analysis and reporting that helps inform business decisions. This role is designed for someone who enjoys learning how numbers connect to strategy and outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingSupport data analysis and ad‑hoc financial projectsPartner with cross‑functional teams to understand business driversContribute to a final project showcasing financial insights

Qualifications

Currently a junior or senior, graduating within one year, or a recent graduatePursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldInterest in business strategy and financial analysisAble to work full‑time, on‑site in Duluth, MN for the duration of the programStrong analytical skills and attention to detailRetail experience is a plus, but not required
