When you join Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will do important work. Supported by collaborative colleagues and backed by a global industry leader, you will gain exposure to real business challenges, build critical skills, and contribute directly to our success. Over this **24-month fixed-term program** , trainees will undergo a structured series of rotations across Finance functions. Talents are carefully selected, consciously mapped, and placed into roles such as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Operations Finance, or other specialized Finance teams, performing real work that impacts our business. **Program Structure & Rotations** Participants will complete **2 structured rotations** across key Finance areas.
