Researches, designs, develops, configures, integrates, tests and maintains existing and new business applications and/or information systems solutions including databases through integration of technical and business requirements. Applications and infrastructure solutions include both 3rd party software and internally developed applications and infrastructure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis of business requirements, coding of modifications or new program, creation of documentation, testing and maintenance of applications, infrastructure, and information systems including database management systems. Works within the Information Technology function, obtaining resources and working in support of objectives and strategies. Provides required documentation and participates in architecture reviews to ensure that the solutions comply with standards and use approved technologies. Typical customers are company end users and various functional areas such as Supply Chain, Research and Development, Marketing, Finance, a business, or the company.

Responsibilities:
Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S4 Finance and Controlling modules with a particular focus on Financial compliance-related processes and controls/ LocalizationDesign, implement, and optimize business processes within SAP FICO, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, etc.)Manage and execute integration projects between SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data transfer, process consistency, and system reliabilityCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and deliver high-quality SAP solutionsDevelop and maintain documentation for configuration, testing, integration, and compliance processesTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP FICO and third-party integrationsKeep abreast of SAP best practices, new technologies, and compliance standards to ensure continuous improvementParticipates as a subject matter expert and leads cross-functional development teamsMakes recommendations to leadership based on insights and analysis of cross-functional and complex business requirements.Designs complex cross-functional solutions for others to code.Provides mentoring and guidance to other developers.Oversees or makes recommendations on design, preparation, and execution Unit tests.Sets team strategy and direction while representing the team to senior management and client/customers.Develops innovative multi-team solutions to complex problems with substantial impact to HPE’s strategic technical direction.Spend a preponderance of time in strategic and creative problem solving.Demonstrates broad functional leadership, impacting significant technical direction, and exerts influence outside of immediate team and drives change.Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to manage global maintenance services across various technology areas or functions.Performs solution designs.Applies the company and third-party technologies and leads the design of highly complex infrastructure and software solutions, while driving innovation.Independently implements end- user or enterprise infrastructure or services of significant complexity.Integrates technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and customers.Considered a subject matter expert internally and is consulted with by team members and other organizations, customers, and vendors on complex issues.Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of related experience or a master’s degree and a minimum of 12 years of experience. Candidates with Finance Background PreferredMinimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, testing, and supportExperience in global SAP deploymentsProven expertise in compliance management within SAP FICO (including audit controls, regulatory reporting, etc.)Strong experience integrating third-party applications with SAP S/4HANA.In-depth understanding of financial processes and controls; finance background strongly preferredStrong communication, interpersonal, and project management abilitiesDemonstrated influencing skills at the executive level, and a high level of technical and team leadership skills.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, SAP DRC and related compliance tools.Familiarity with cloud solutions and SAP Fiori. Experience with Agile methodologiesSAP certification (FICO, S/4HANA) is a plus.
