Position Overview Manage comprehensive facilities operations across diverse property portfolio including retail locations and engineering offices, with full responsibility for financial oversight, data analytics, vendor relationships, procurement processes, and operational tracking systems.Position Overview Manage comprehensive facilities operations across diverse property portfolio including retail locations and engineering offices, with full responsibility for financial oversight, data analytics, vendor relationships, procurement processes, and operational tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Analytics Oversee complete financial operations for assigned portfolio including budget development, expense tracking, and cost optimization initiatives. Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reporting systems to support strategic decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular analysis to senior management.

Vendor & Procurement Management Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and relationship management processes. Manage purchase order workflows from requisition through approval and processing. Oversee procurement activities ensuring compliance with company policies and budget parameters. Evaluate vendor performance and implement improvement plans as needed.

Billing & Financial Operations Coordinate all billing processes including invoice verification, approval workflows, and payment processing. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely resolution of billing discrepancies. Support month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate accrual and expense reporting.

Operational Tracking & Reporting Maintain comprehensive R&O (Repairs & Operations) tracking systems to monitor maintenance activities, service requests, and facility performance metrics. Generate regular operational reports for stakeholders and ensure data accuracy across all tracking platforms.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Finance, or related field. 3-5 years experience in facilities management or operations roles with financial responsibility. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and facilities management software. Excellent vendor management and negotiation capabilities.

Required Skills Advanced Excel and database management, financial analysis and budgeting, vendor relationship management, process improvement methodologies, strong communication and project management abilities.
