Zycus is looking for B.Com graduates or CA Inter candidates with 1–2 years of experience to support our domestic accounting operations. The Finance Executive will support day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional with exposure to SaaS accounting, revenue recognition, and global operations.
Key Responsibilities:Accounts Payable & Vendor Management Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable activities Perform vendor accounting, invoice verification, and payment processing Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Ensure timely and accurate processing of paymentsAccounting & ERP Operations Work extensively on Tally and/or SAP Business One (SAP B1) for accounting entries Support domestic accounting operations for multiple Indian entities Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documentationTaxation & Compliance Support Apply working knowledge of TDS and GST in day-to-day transactions Assist in preparation and maintenance of compliance-related documentation Support finance team during audits and statutory reviewsMonth-End & MIS Support Assist with month-end closing activities Support preparation of basic MIS reports and reconciliations Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
