Role: Finance ERP Migration Analyst
Role Location:  UK (London) 
Project Overview: Migration of Financials and Projects modules from NetSuite and Financial Force to Oracle Cloud Fusion

Candidates with shorter notice periods and full work authorization in the UK will be given preference

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a highly organised, self-driven Finance Data Migration & Transformation Analyst to support a key systems transformation initiative at our client team. One of our client business units is transitioning from core financial systems (FinancialForce and NetSuite) into Mosaic. This role will be critical in ensuring that financial and project data is accurately extracted, transformed, validated, and prepared for successful implementation in Mosaic.
The successful candidate will work as part of a cross-functional project team, partnering closely with client business stakeholders to deliver clean, auditable, and well-documented data migration outputs.

Key Responsibilities
Data Migration & Transformation

Extract raw financial and project data from source systems (FinancialForce and NetSuite). Transform and structure data into Oracle Fusion applications -ready formats in line with implementation requirements. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity throughout the migration process. Develop and maintain clear, auditable data schedules and reconciliation documentation. Project Support & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a key stakeholder within the project team, owning assigned workstreams end-to-end. Work closely with client business teams to coordinate data inputs, validations, and approvals. Clearly articulate risks, dependencies, timelines, and mitigation actions to project leads and senior stakeholders. Break complex data and process activities into manageable, bite-sized deliverables for wider teams.

Key Skills:

Essential

Strong experience working with financial and project data in Financial Force and NetSuite or finance systems environments. Proven ability to take raw data and transform it into structured, implementation-ready outputs. Experience supporting system implementations, data migrations, or finance transformation projects. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders in Finance, IT, and the business. Ability to communicate complex information clearly and pragmatically, both verbally and in writing. Experience with NetSuite Experience with FinancialForce. Experience with Oracle Fusion applications. Background in finance, financial systems, or project accounting environments.
