As a Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP), you will serve as a strategic thought partner, advisor, and consultant to the business. You will ensure financial excellence in daily operations while guiding decision-making on resource allocation and providing deep financial and customer insights. Your role is to bridge the gap between financial data and actionable strategy, ensuring that prioritized business areas receive the support necessary to deliver outstanding value to patients.
The Opportunity
Business Partnering & Strategic Support
Collaborate closely with business teams (e.g., Disease Area Teams) to shape long-term strategy and model business scenarios.Support the local business planning, budgeting and forecasting processes in close collaboration with other finance team members and business functions.Contribute to the development of coherent commercial strategies and evaluate new business opportunities to generate sustainable revenue.Partner throughout the market access and reimbursement process to assess budget impacts for new product or indication market entries.Financial Performance & Operational Excellence
Provide relevant insights and recommendations through regular performance reporting and dashboards to facilitate decision-making.Assist in the prioritization and allocation of resources across the portfolio to ensure a financially sustainable business.Act as a guardian for high standards of compliance, ethics, and Roche's Code of Conduct.Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and efficiency gains in finance processes and systems.Support the organizational transition to updated ERP systems, contributing to data readiness and process alignment.Cluster & Regional Collaboration
Act as a role model for collaboration within the Baltic countries, ensuring a unified approach to financial challenges and opportunities.Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives as business needs evolve within the Baltics and the wider region.As part of the broader Finance community, participate in above-country squads to leverage network effects and achieve desired outcomes.Core Competencies

University degree (Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field).Proven (5+ years) work experience in Finance Business Partnering, Controlling or a similar strategic finance role. Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.Experience with ERP systems, SAP highly preferred.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google suite (Excel, gSheets, gSlides).Fluent in English and the respective local language (Lithuanian).Salary starts at 3000 EUR gross/month. Final salary will depend on the level of experience, skills and qualifications.
