Lead long-term budgeting, forecasting, and planning initiatives.

Advise leadership on financial direction and opportunities.

Financial Operations

Oversee preparation and delivery of financial reports and dashboards.

Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Conduct deep financial analysis to support planning and problem-solving.

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through real-time data.

Present financial findings in a way that supports confident decision-making.

Cash and Resource Management

Maintain healthy cash flow and optimize allocation of resources.

Oversee treasury management and liquidity strategies.

Risk Management and Compliance

Monitor financial risks and implement safeguards.

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.

Team Development and Collaboration

Lead a high-performing finance team with clarity and accountability.

Foster professional growth and continuous improvement.

Partner cross-functionally to support transparency and alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)

8–10 years in senior finance roles, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit settings

Deep understanding of GAAP, compliance standards, and internal controls

Experience building and leading finance teams

Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex data into clear insights

Proficient in financial systems and Excel; comfortable adopting new tools quickly
