Our FDP summer internship is designed to set you up to be considered for our full-time Finance Development Program upon graduation. You’ll have the opportunity to take advantage of mentoring opportunities, roundtable discussions, executive speaker series, luncheons, and contribute to our Innovation Pipeline. **Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View:** + Analyze and interpret financials and other relevant data; scope includes budget management, cost benefit analysis, financial forecasting, and expense management + Partner with various business teams to evaluate how to best leverage analytics and reporting to meet evolving requirements and information needs + Drive, develop and maintain numerous project deliverables that support the organization + Work on issues of diverse scope including analysis of market trends and financial data to recommend data driven solutions + Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards + Increase productivity by identifying and developing automated reporting/forecasting tools + Provide input on recommendations to achieve financial objectives + Cost evaluation and pricing of new products, services, and contract proposals + Conduct market research to support internal financial analysis **Key Qualifications** + Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, or specialized related degree + Ability to learn analytical and data gathering skills + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, etc) + Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills + Willingness to relocate to Dallas Our FDP Interns earn an annualized salary of $48,880.
