**Our client, a leading company in the toy and entertainment industry, is seeking a Finance Coordinator to join their team. As a Finance Coordinator, you will be part of the Finance department supporting financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.**
**Job Title:** Finance Coordinator
**Location:** CA, El segundo
**Pay Range:** $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
**What’s the Job?**
1. Assist in processing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reimbursements, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring the integrity and completeness of financial data.
3. Generate and prepare financial reports, summaries, and analysis as required by the finance team, providing insights into financial performance.
4. Collaborate with finance managers to provide support in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial plans.
5. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve finance-related inquiries and discrepancies.
**What’s Needed?**
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
2. 5-9 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
4. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
