Finance Consultant Job ID 253498 Posted 17-Dec-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Accounting/Finance Location(s) Polanco - Ciudad de Mexico - Mexico **About the Role:** As a CBRE Finance Consultant, you will apply cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to work with clients on a wide range of small to medium sized investments and tax strategies to better understand and understand the future of their assets. This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for the maintenance of accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls. **What You’ll Do:** + Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and act as a trusted advisor to the business leaders. Review the portfolio’s financial life to help clients identify what future goals should be. + Create and manage the business and financial strategy. + Research and interpret a variety of financial results and indicators. This includes capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, and financial statements. + Compile and review budgetary and fiscal data from a variety of sources to prepare revenue balance statements and historical comparisons. + Complete a basic evaluation of records, both present and past, to project future revenue and expenses. This includes operations, trends, costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. + Conduct special studies as assigned to support senior management. + Discuss budgets with management and council on matters such as effective use of resources and the underlying forecasts. + Aid in the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics. + Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. + Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. + Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. + Work within broad guidelines and policies. + Explain difficult or sensitive information. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree + 5-8 years of relevant experience. + Manage monthly client reporting for LATAM including accrual preparation and submission, GL review, variance reporting, variance commentary + Prepare budgets and forecasts for client locations in LATAM in partnership with FM teams + Manage relationship with clients in LATAM including leading monthly finance presentations, responding to client queries + Partner with FM teams to offer guidance and training on finance processes + English fluency required **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
