As an AOC Representative, you will not only have collection targets to achieve but your KPI Elements as well to meet our target goals. What You’ll Do • Monitor COD payments and Volume, should make at least 45 COD releases/day • Sending Tax Invoices to Customers via Email prior or during callouts • Account Holder verification • Coordination with AU Border Clearance Team for any Customs issues, AU Operations for big shipments and with AU Finance for any collection issues. • Explains to Customers the Customs clearance process, the abandonment of their shipment if no payment received within the allotted time and other Customs compliance concerns from customers.
