Under the **Specialty Care business unit** , this role is reporting to the Canada CFO and will be the Finance Lead for all Specialty Care Franchises, which includes direct Leadership of all financial matters for the Commercial Organization and coordination throughout the entire P&L and Value Chain. As member of the Business Unit leadership team, this Finance role is also involved in the Alliance management with Regeneron.

**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible and accountable for the Specialty Care Canada P&L, with emphasis on business partnering, influencing and strategizing with cross-functional partners
+ Analyze, monitor and report the Specialty Care Canada financial performance including P&L, Sales Performance, OPEX, Headcount, and Key Indicator performance comparing to various forecast and performance periods leveraging AI and our Hubs; provide clear, insightful reporting to SPC GM+LT, Canada Finance Leadership Team and NA Finance Leadership Team
+ Lead annual Budget and Rolling Forecast process ensuring that it is developed in line with strategic and operational plans and lead cross functional teams to develop forecast assumptions
+ Contribute as a cross-functional leader in the monthly rolling forecast process (IBP), influencing and providing go-forward recommendations to the forecasted sales expectations
+ Coordinate with the (Hub) Forecasting teams and the franchise business teams to analyze, understand and communicate monthly sales results and trending; provide relevant commentary, insights and risks/opportunities to both financial and business management teams
+ Prepare all business financial presentation content for SPC results, strategy and planning communications, levering AI solutions
+ Sales, pricing and commercial conditions controlling, accruals, analysis and follow-up including finance support for product launches and pricing topics; liaise with Canada/NA trade and Account-to-Report teams for all GTN reconciliations and provisioning
+ Develop and maintain overview of commercial conditions and the associated financial impacts of new and existing contracts
+ Approval of new/amended contracts, public market returns and rebates
+ Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations as required by the business; lead ad hoc projects as they arise
+ Maintain and review policy and procedures
+ Understand and assess the changing market dynamics that present challenges and risks
+ Partner and coordinate with Sanofi Canada Finance team on various topics including but not limited to month end close, country reporting requirements, external / internal audit, financial systems
+ Actively monitor risks and opportunities on an ongoing basis and assist with risk mitigation
+ Lead Finance Business Partner Specialist, supporting an environment of teamwork and close working relationships with Canada Finance and NA SPC Finance; indirect leadership of various cross-functional COE contributors (specifically OPEX COE)
Hybrid working model; Up to 10% business travel may be required
**About You**
**Required Qualifications:**
**Educational Background:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required. Professional Designation (CA, CMA, CGA) or MBA is preferred.
**Professional Experience**
+ 7+ years of professional experience in Finance with a background in business partnering; commercial pharma industry experience preferred
**Major Skills and Competencies:**
+ High ability to influence others; proven ability to actively listen to the needs of stakeholders and make decisions
+ Excellent leadership skills, with and without authority
+ High attention to detail and quality with ability to operate effectively under pressure
+ Excellent organizational and analytical skills as well as communication skills to build commitment and create trust
+ Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
+ Solid grasp of evolving technology platforms, processes and controls
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects, work effectively with cross-functional partners and drive process improvement initiatives across an organization
+ Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solver and proven experience working collaboratively across multiple internal/external stakeholders is required
+ Drive change and efficiency through proactively challenging the status quo
+ Results oriented, can-do attitude, positive mindset, Team spirit, active listening
+ Knowledge of AI/SAP/TM1/Essbase/Hyperion experience an asset

The salary range for this position is:
$121,000.00 - $174,800.00
