+ **Description de l'emploi** **_Finance Business Partner MnS– Maisons-Alfort_** + Location: Maisons - Alfort + Hiring Manager: Nicolas OCCELLI + Grade: L3 **About the Job** We are seeking Finance business partner to manage the financial operations at our Maisons-Alfort manufacturing site, which is currently in transition to Adragos Pharma ownership. **Mission and Key responsibilities** + Participation in the design of site financial forecasts in collaboration with various departments + Lead annual budget process. + Coordinate with all departments of the company with regards to cost, headcount and operational KPI`s; + Prepare models for budgeting and build scenarios and sensitivity analyses. + Present to Site leadership and Corporate Management. + Coordinate internal controls and compliance controls for financial processes + Maintain documentation and internal controls + Support internal/external audits. + Establishment of financial Forecasts and monitoring of variances + Prepare quarterly detailed Forecasts with monthly update of outlook; + Deliver variance analysis versus budget/forecast on Revenue, COGS, OPEX, CAPEX and identify rout causes and measurements with operations + Calculation of production costs and control of CAPEX project costs + Maintain standard costs (BOMs/routings), batch costing under GMP, and margin analysis. + Monitor yield, scrap, and rework. + Support preparation of CAPEX cases and control and report CAPEX of the company **_About you_** **Required Qualifications** + Higher education (university or university of applied sciences) in finance or equivalent, supplemented by continuing education in management + Very good knowledge of French accounting standards: Strong command of French GAAP, tax basics, and statutory reporting and good knowledge in IFRS for group reporting purposes + Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial tools.
