He/she leads the monthly performance reviews and ensures a proper follow-up of action plans identified. He/she is the Finance contact for departmental related adhoc analysis and projects. **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:** + Provide accurate and effective management reporting related to trend analysis for future forecasts (expenses, headcount). + Managing various stakeholders such as R&D, Manufacturing Operations, Finance M&S, Controlling Operations… + Operational Performance follow up for valorization of improvement plans, follow up of implementation and identifications of mitigating actions. + Project costs controlling (Opex / Capex/Headcount). + Adhoc requests **JOB PROFILE** PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE + Experience in Finance M&S + External or Internal Audit experience is a plus.
