Join the Digital Central Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team for a dynamic role to act as the trusted advisor to the Digital Finance & Business Management team and help provide financial control, forecasting and budgeting, strategic analysis, senior management reporting and assist with process improvements & automation.
As a Senior Associate in the Digital Finance and Business Management team, you will support optimizing planned spend, acting as a trusted advisor, and being responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating financial risks. You will also provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight and coordination of budgeting and forecasting, financial control, analysis of financial/business metrics, delivery of regular management reporting and development of new reporting capabilities. In this role, you will be the trusted advisor to the line of business Chief Financial Officers by advising on how to increase profitability and efficiencies.
Job responsibilities
Prepare financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting and analysisProvide efficiency reporting, analytics and strategy including, but not limited to location strategy, span of control, reporting and analyticsDevelop and track performance metrics, create presentations, and generally provide financial analysis on a variety of topics to senior managementProvide oversight and deliver month-end results, the forecast for the remainder of the year, and the budget for future years.Perform variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and present commentary to FP&A managers and line of business CFOs explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets.Help design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior managementEnhance controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possibleProvide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysisIdentify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controlsParticipate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessionsCommunicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next stepsRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area4+ years of work experience in Finance, Planning & Analysis, Business Management, Accounting/Controller, Technology or Product backgroundExperience with strategy, creation of business cases, process improvement and automationAdvanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to build decks, present data and tell a storyInquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, and capable of challenging peersStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearlyStrong presentation skills with proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholdersTeam player with the ability to build relationships and be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, Product, Technology and FP&A TeamsHighly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions conciselyPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
