As a Finance Business Analyst, you’ll sit at the heart of the business, partnering with Regional and Functional Leaders to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll influence strategy, strengthen performance, and help our teams deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and communities.

What you’ll do

Be a trusted advisor to Regional and Functional Leadership, providing financial insight that drives operational and strategic decisionsLead forecasting and budgeting processes aligned to regional business plans and prioritiesOwn accuracy and governance across revenue recognition and portfolio-level financial outputsDeliver high-quality analysis and reporting that tells the story behind the numbersChampion data integrity, continuously improving the quality, transparency and usability of financial informationEnhance dashboards, tools and analytics to support smarter, faster decision-makingTranslate financial frameworks into practical, value-adding operational processes

What you’ll bring

5+ years’ experience in a finance or business analyst role, ideally within professional services, consulting or a client-focused environmentStrong financial, accounting and business analysis expertise, with advanced modelling and reporting capabilityProven experience in forecasting, budgeting and revenue recognitionConfidence partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomesA sharp eye for detail, balanced with the ability to think strategically and see the bigger pictureQualifications such as CPA, CA, CFA or MBA (desirable, not essential)
