Overview

We're partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to hire a Finance Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance their financial systems, with Dynamics 365 Business Central at the core. This role sits at the intersection of Accounting, Finance, and IT, acting as the primary systems partner to finance stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role focused on ERP implementation, financial system improvements, reporting, and ongoing support - ideal for someone who enjoys owning financial systems and driving process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the IT systems partner to Accounting and Finance, supporting day-to-day financial system needs

Support a U.S.-based ERP re-implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central
*

Lead requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis for finance processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting, close)

Manage and support accounting data migration and reconciliation
*

Define financial reporting requirements and support dashboards and analytics
*

Support testing, UAT, go-live, upgrades, integrations, and financial add-ons
*

Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting for finance users
*

Identify process inefficiencies and recommend system enhancements or automation
*

Support additional financial systems such as FP&A tools, consolidation solutions, and AR automation
*

Coordinate and prioritize support requests across multiple locations, including international teams
*

Partner with business stakeholders to deliver solutions on time and within budgetApply
