This role is responsible for the design and creation of new automation solutions and the maintenance of existing solutions in selected tools (Power Platform, VBA, Python, etc.) for finance teams. This role cooperates with other members of the innovation team and the IT department to implement efficient and intelligent processes.

Responsibilities:

 

Supports consultations, design, and creation of automation solutions and enhancements.Participates in the creation of Power Apps to collect and edit information provided by users.Assists in the integration of AI tools to enhance the intelligence and efficiency of automation solutions.Provides support and maintenance for existing automation solutions.Collaborates with wider finance teams to provide support on cross-departmental projects.Cooperates with the IT department on necessary design and maintenance tasks.Continuously seeks new knowledge and develops existing skills, especially in the areas of AI and advanced automation.Provides regular updates on the status of solutions in development.Serves as an active member of an internal trainer community and shares knowledge with colleagues.
Qualifications:
Education: University degree or ongoing studies in Finance, IT, or a similar field.Work Experience: 0-2 years.Key Skills and Competencies:Strong analytical abilities and debugging/troubleshooting skills.Basic knowledge of or experience with Power Apps is required.Knowledge of other Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Query) is a plus.Awareness of artificial intelligence concepts and their application in process automation is a significant advantage.Experience with another automation or scripting tool (e.g., Python, VBA) is a plus.General knowledge of finance and shared services operations and principles is a plus.Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.Written and verbal communication in English at a B2 level.
