礼来中国财务管培生项目，通过为期三年的轮岗机会提供丰富的财务管理实践机会，旨在帮助职场早期人才深入了解在医药行业财务部门是如何推动商业运营和业务发展，提升专业技能和领导力，培养未来的专业财务领袖。

The Lilly China Finance Trainee program offers a three-year rotational opportunity to gain practical experience in financial management. It aims to help early-career talents deepen their understanding of how the finance department drives commercial operations and business development in the pharmaceutical industry, enhance their professional skills and leadership capabilities, and cultivate them to become future financial leaders.

Professional Skill Enhancement: Multiple rotations cover various aspects of financial management at Lilly, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance Controllership, and Internal Control. The program provides hands-on experience and in-depth learning of the finance function, and opportunities in a variety of business projects to build a sound financial knowledge framework.

Accelerated Career Development: The program provides a robust internal training and development system, with senior supervisors' mentorship and professional buddies' coaching. 1v1 conversations with the CFO are also offered to unlock additional career development insights.

基本要求/Basic Requirements:

全日制本科或以上学历的2026年应届毕业生，专业不限，学业成绩优秀。

具备优秀的沟通能力、批判性思维和分析能力。

拥有出色的学习能力，对财务和行业知识充满好奇心。

积极进取，勇于面对挑战，怀揣在财务管理领域发展的职业热情。

熟练掌握流利的英语表达和写作能力。

Graduating in 2026 with a full-time bachelor’s degree or higher (regardless of major) and excellent academic performance.

Strong communication skills, critical thinking and outstanding analytical capabilities.

High learning agility with curiosity about financial and industrial knowledge.

Self-motivated and resilient when facing challenges, coupled with a passion for a career in financial management.

Proficiency in fluent English speaking and writing.
