The role of a business manager is dynamic and can vary from business to business, in line with the priorities of the different lines of business.

As a Finance and Business Specialist within the Commercial & Investment Bank group, you will provide guidance and business support to the Corporate and Investment Bank Philippines Corporate Center Operations, which comprises over 3,000 employees. Your responsibilities will include business metrics reporting, workforce management, offering subject matter expertise in asset management review and monitoring, and managing seat and capacity.

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processesProvide a high level of responsiveness to executive requests related to business analysis, presentation development, and project management Identifies and mitigates risks associated with initiativesDesign and create data visualization framework for reports, scorecards and other collateralsBe responsible for gathering, publishing, validating, interpreting and analyzing data, inclusive of resolving report gaps to provide recommendations, trend analysis and forecasting decisionsSupports and manages the development and execution of business transformation strategiesDrives the adoption of digital technologies to improve business operations and customer experiencesAct as back-up to Workplace Resources, Workforce, Finance Management and other scope of work of the function

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Graduate of any 4-year courseIntermediate level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables), Tableau, Alteryx, UIPath, Python, and Graphic Design SoftwareDemonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agendaProven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellenceExcellent in organization and project management skillsCan influence individuals to focus efforts towards a common goalAbility to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisionsSelf-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independenceExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong time management and prioritization skills
