This role is crucial for providing financial insights and support, contributing to strategic decision-making and the overall financial performance of the organization.** **What You Will Do:** • Manage month-end close for assigned EMEA countries. • Prepare and post journal entries (reclasses, accruals, UBR). • Resolve discrepancies and monitor contract margins. • Prepare financial reports (flash/MBR, variance analysis). • Oversee invoicing process. • Prepare invoice documentation and address client queries. • Serve as finance contact for facility managers. • Assist in budget/forecast preparation with operations teams. • Organize and participate in monthly finance calls. • Prepare monthly account reconciliations. • Participate in budgeting/forecasting. • Support ad-hoc reporting. • Support ERP system setup/resolution. • Prepare and update client reporting with commentary, handle ad-hoc client requests. **What You Will Need:** • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred). • Fluency in English (Polish would be an asset). • 2+ years of experience in a similar role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). • Experience with ERP systems and TM1/PowerBI. • Understanding of P&L statements. • Experience in financial accounting and month-end close preferred. • Experience with invoicing processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **What We Offer:** **• Contract of employment (fixed-term).** **• Remote role from Poland.** • Opportunity to be part of an international project in a dynamic, fast-growing company. • Comprehensive benefits package (private medical care, sports card co-participation, life insurance).
