This role involves ensuring accurate reporting, efficient month-end close, and effective financial management.** **What You Will Do:** • Month-end close activities, including accruals and adjustments. • Prepare variance analysis (MBR) and report financial performance. • Manage CBRE invoicing to the client. • Monitor and report on invoice receipting, payments, and PO closure. • Prepare and maintain PO trackers. • Assist in annual budget preparation. • Perform AR/AP analysis and reporting. • Provide financial support and analysis as needed. • Prepare cash flow analysis for project-related works. • Create and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) in the ERP system. • Perform cost reconciliation. • Collaborate with the Finance team and SSC to resolve issues. **What You Will Need:** • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field. • Advanced proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken). • 2+ years of professional experience in financial accounting and/or financial analysis. • Excellent knowledge of Excel. • Familiarity with ERP systems (PeopleSoft, MyBuy preferred). • Strong analytical skills. • Proven teamwork and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently. **What We Offer:** **• Contract of employment (fixed-term).** **• Remote role from Poland (with initial onboarding period in Kraków office).** • Opportunity to be part of an interesting international project in a dynamic, fast-growing company. • A comprehensive benefits package, including private medical care, sports card co-participation, and life insurance.
