JOB PURPOSE
Lead high-quality, impactful business partnering across the core business cycle of forecasting and performance results for all categories and countries. Work closely with the Adriatics Team and Finance manager, leveraging global toolkits and best practices to co-drive business results and optimize processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FP&A Support: Assist the Finance Manager with financial planning and analysis activities, including accurate forecasting and adoption of best practices.Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and deliver reports, analysis, and dashboards—both ad hoc and standard—using global Information & Analytics tools.Business Insights: Contribute to developing insights in key areas (e.g., Marketing Activities and Sales to support productivity and performance improvements.Process Improvement: Help enhance financial processes and governance across Adriatic countries.Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Customer Development, Supply Chain, and other teams to address business needs and priorities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in a business-facing Finance role min 4 yearsExperience driving process simplification and improvement.Skilled in presenting and communicating with senior Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in FMCG.Solid financial background.Excellent English plus one local language.Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge preferred.Strong commercial acumen.
