**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Finance Analyst, you will apply foundational cashand accrual accounting principles to prepare, analyze, maintain, and deliveraccurate and timely financial reports for a portfolio of clients andproperties. This role sits within the Financial Strategy and Operationsfunction and is responsible for supporting accounting processes, financialreporting, and internal controls. The position is a Monday–Friday, first-shiftrole dedicated to supporting a leading American multinational consumer goodscorporation.
**What You’ll Do:**
• Complete accounting transactions and post journal entriesto ensure accurate recording of expenses, receipts, distributions, fundingrequests, and other period activity.
• Prepare andgenerate accurate, comprehensive client financial statement packages andrelated reports using data from multiple sources.
• Review financialinformation for accuracy and respond to inquiries from management, vendors, andclients.
• Analyze trends ingeneral business conditions and support scenario planning models (exit,maintain, grow).
• Research andresolve accounting issues, identifying potential risks or conflicts and takingcorrective action to minimize impact.
• Apply standardaccounting principles and existing procedures to solve routine problems andmeet deadlines.
• Communicate clearlyby exchanging straightforward information, asking questions, and confirmingunderstanding.
• Lead by example,modeling CBRE RISE values while maintaining accountability for the quality ofown work.
**What You’ll Need:**
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevantexperience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education willbe considered.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standardproblems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standardpractices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficultfigures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial relatedcalculations.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and the drive to make adifference.

• CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience.
