**About the Role:**
Working within the Capital Markets Group, the Corporate Capital Markets advisory team providing capital markets solutions to corporate occupiers, private equity sponsors, and institutional net lease investors, utilizes a basic level of general knowledge of the fundamentals and financial concepts of commercial real estate, commercial real estate valuation, cash flow analysis, and corporate credit underwriting for net lease assets and large property portfolios. Leverages proprietary and industry-wide software and templates, in addition, to developing bespoke financial models, to analyze a variety of real estate transaction activities and structured finance solutions. Prepares and assembles new business pitches and presentations, research reports, investment offering memoranda, and client correspondence transaction updates.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Inputs relevant valuation information and assumptions into the appropriate financial software/models (i.e., Excel, Argus Enterprise, etc.), to evaluate a range of scenarios and impact related outputs.
+ Reviews the resulting cash flows/valuation/analysis for accuracy and learns from observations/suggestions regarding possible changes to the valuation/analysis for the benefit of the client.
+ Organize, evaluate, and interpret financial-related information obtained from clients and producers (i.e., rent rolls, budgets, financial statements, assumptions, leases, lease proposals, etc.).Communicate verbally and/or in writing any missing/conflicting information, as well as possible high-level issues or large variances, to be followed up with the producer by the appropriate team member.
+ Analyze a company’s credit profile utilizing data provided by the client or publicly available data.
+ Conduct detailed research on specific properties, companies, lease and sale comparables, or market trends.
+ Utilize all publicly available data to find and/or corroborate financial data for clients and prospects. Use of Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Trepp, Pitchbook, CoStar, etc. as well as corporate financial data registered in the public domain.
+ Working under moderate supervision, reviews leases and lease proposals to prepare lease abstracts or analysis input grids, noting any missing or conflicting information.
+ Reviews results of valuation/analysis with the appropriate team member for reasonableness and may sit in on the review/presentation of the deliverable with the appropriate team member and the broker.
+ Drafts new business presentations and pitches, investment introduction, and offering memoranda in Power Point or working with a graphic design marketing team
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
+ Illinois State Salesperson License obtained in first 6 months
+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Experience with ARGUS, Tableau, and CoStar a plus.
+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Finance Analyst position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Finance Analyst position is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
