Your Impact
As part of the Global Partner Finance organization, you will be the finance analyst for one or more partner incentive programs, working closely with other finance, operations, sales, and development functions to support the organization’s strategic objectives. This includes:
Managing program budgets, forecasts, targets, accruals, and payments
Partnering with Senior Business Leadership to drive the effective utilization and execution of incentive budget
Driving change and seeking to continuously improve current processes and procedures
Ensure compliance throughout the organization and with respective business partners
Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders regarding program positioning, strategy, performance, and impact
Helping to build, support, and supervise key metrics, performance reporting and analytics, and program controls
Communicating sophisticated ideas, anticipating potential objections, and persuading others, often at senior levels
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar, with 4+ years of relevant experience
Requires knowledge and expertise in financial analysis and familiarity with the broader underlying concepts of related business fields (e.g. incentives, contra bookings, forecasting, and accruals)
Experience with Business Objects reporting, Hyperion/Essbase, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proven track record in developing effective and successful partnerships across disciplines, functions and management levels
Demonstrated ability to work across geographic boundaries and cultures
Preferred Qualifications
Creative thinking, high energy finance professional who is dedicated to fostering teamwork and can recommend alternative solutions to a problem or request
Broad leadership and communication skills with experience as a true change agent
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for trends, analysis and recommendations
