This role involves managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for various projects and initiatives. You will be responsible for key financial processes, including analysis, billing, and supporting month-end activities. If you have strong analytical skills and a passion for finance, we encourage you to apply.** **What You Will Do:** • Coordination of country budget and forecast delivery. • Coordination of Initiative Expenditure Proposal (IEP) process and financial input delivery. • Construction and real estate projects budget reconciliations and financial close-outs. • Reporting month-end P&L variances (commentary & financial reviews). • Investments file tracking: budget forecasts and actuals. • Supervising and approval of invoices and journal entries. • Analytical support to the business execution team, including financial analysis and reporting. • Preparation of monthly client forecasts with explanations for variances. • Monthly billing and revenue recognition. • Support in the coordination of annual budgeting for client and CBRE. • Reconciliation and cost tracking for facility management and real estate projects. • Accounts receivable reporting – reduction in debtors and overdue accounts. **What You’ll Need:** • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 2-3 years of relevant experience.
