**Finance Analyst – Onsite** **Direct Hire in Virginia Beach** **$70-85K + Annual Bonus and salary increases** Manpower is assisting a well-known equipment manufacturer local to Virginia Beach, VA in hiring a Finance Analyst. The right candidate must be a strategic thinker and previous experience with collaborative and forecasting across multiple departments. **Responsibilities include:** -Serve as the primary finance contact for assigned business units. -Support budgeting, annual and strategic planning, and forecasting processes. -Perform trending, revenue, and expense analysis to inform business decisions. -Proficient with using SAP or S4Hana (this is a must) -Deliver actionable insights by understanding financial implications behind data. -Tailor support based on business needs and individual team member strengths.
