Final Process Operator
Job Title: Final Process OperatorJob Description

The Final Process Operator plays a crucial role in the production process by conducting final inspections, labeling, packaging, and documenting parts before they are shipped. This position ensures that all finished goods meet customer quality standards and internal specifications. You will work closely with both production and quality teams to maintain performance and delivery goals.

ResponsibilitiesConduct final inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.Label and package products accurately for shipment.Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.Collaborate with production and quality teams to uphold delivery goals.
Essential SkillsProficiency in inspection processes using tools such as micrometres, CMM inspection equipment, and calipers.Experience in quality control, final inspection, and assembly, particularly in electromechanical contexts.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high product quality.Ability to read and interpret part labels, instructions, and inspection criteria.Basic computer or tablet skills for documenting results and accessing specifications.
Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Prior experience in a manufacturing or inspection role is preferred.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.20 - $21.20/hr.
