The Final Process Operator is responsible for conducting final inspections, labeling, packaging, and documenting parts prior to shipment. This role ensures that finished goods meet customer quality standards and internal specifications. The operator plays a crucial role in maintaining product quality and works closely with both production and quality teams to achieve performance and delivery goals.
ResponsibilitiesConduct final inspections of parts to ensure they meet quality standards.Label and package parts accurately for shipment.Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.Collaborate with production and quality teams to uphold performance goals.Ensure compliance with internal specifications and customer requirements.
Essential SkillsExperience in inspection using tools like micrometres, CMM inspection, and calipers.Strong understanding of quality control, final inspection, and quality assurance processes.Ability to read and interpret part labels, instructions, and inspection criteria.Basic computer or tablet skills for documenting results and accessing specifications.High school diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior experience in a manufacturing or inspection role is preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
