**Job Title: Final Packaging Specialist**
**Job Description**
This position involves two main roles: twisting and cabling. The role requires handling spools of wire and running them through a respooler to create a new wire with multiple cables. You will need to monitor eight different operations simultaneously, follow a Master Sheet to determine the required product and schedule for the shift, and adhere to a Process Sheet that outlines the material handling and process details. Attention to detail is crucial for taking measurements to ensure quality, and documenting results on a computer is essential. Effective time management is necessary as you will move from station to station to load/unload spools, feed the operation, and pull finished products.
**Responsibilities**
+ Monitor and manage eight operations simultaneously.
+ Follow Master and Process Sheets accurately to ensure proper product scheduling and material handling.
+ Pay close attention to detail and take precise measurements to ensure quality.
+ Document production results using a computer.
+ Manage time effectively to move between stations for loading/unloading spools and handling finished products.
+ Utilize manual pallet jack or roll spools to move them with minimal effort.
+ Repackage bulk spools into smaller spools or boxes according to customer specifications.
+ Maintain readiness by having another spool prepared as the previous one runs out.
+ Move large spools into position to feed the repackager.
+ Ensure accurate documentation of packed products using computer skills.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a very clean, climate-controlled production facility, although it may still feel warm. The company specializes in manufacturing copper cable and wire. Safety-toed boots or shoes are required at all times, including during interviews. There is a dress code that candidates must adhere to. The role involves working 12-hour shifts, with breaks provided by a relief person. This schedule allows for four nights off one week and three nights off the next week, offering a good work-life balance.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of New Holland, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $44200.00 - $44200.00/yr.
